About Caroline:
"I live in the middle of Newport and am proud to have been elected to represent the ward at North Devon Council. I am also the County Councillor for Barnstaple South, which covers the area from Cedars roundabout to the Long Bridge, all of Newport as well as Forches, Whiddon Valley and Westacott.
It is a privilege to serve the residents of the areas I have been elected to represent. I speak on behalf of the area and work hard to help individuals who contact me."
