About Caroline:
Caroline Leaver lives in Newport with husband Pete and their family.
Elected a District Councillor in 2017, she has more than 25 years' experience in the community and charity sector, including with the Citizens Advice Bureau and various charities.
Passionate about climate change and services meeting peoples’ needs, Caroline is a trustee of local homelessness charity Encompass Southwest.
