"Mr Harvey, In early December we met regarding a problem I was having with Student Finance, in getting the amount of funds from them that I was entitled to, and was in need to of to continue with my course.

"I am pleased to say that after the persuasive letter, or other communication you had with them, I was contacted by a number of Student Finance executives and assessors who had very much changed their tune, and were able to offer me the full amount of grant that I knew I was entitled to.

"I am also pleased to say that this was done just in time for me to still qualify for back-payment of University bursaries, which is an added bonus.

I am incredibly grateful for your assistance in these matters, as it would seem that without your help I would not have stood a chance.

"I also hope that in some way it has shown Student Finance that they cannot continue to operate in the restricted way that they do. If it has then many students in the future will have you (and me I suppose) to thank for highlighting, and taking action against these unfair practices.

"Thank you again

"Sincerely,

"Dylan Williams"
